Consent to Receive SMS: By providing your mobile phone number and using our services, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from SJC Precision Detail. These messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service arrival notifications
- Payment confirmations
- Service updates and changes
- Customer service communications
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service usage. You may receive multiple messages per appointment.
Standard Rates Apply: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. SJC Precision Detail is not responsible for carrier charges.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by:

4. Booking and Cancellation
Booking: Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone. SMS confirmations will be sent upon booking.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. You will receive SMS confirmation of cancellations.
Weather: Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions. You will be notified via SMS of any weather-related changes.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact and location information
- Ensuring vehicle accessibility at the scheduled time
- Removing personal items from the vehicle
- Providing access to water and electricity for mobile services
- Informing us of any vehicle damage or special requirements
- Maintaining an active mobile phone number for SMS communications
- Responding to SMS confirmations and updates in a timely manner
7. Liability and Insurance
SJC Precision Detail is fully insured and bonded. We take great care in providing our services, but our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to vehicles
- Items left in vehicles
- Damage caused by customer negligence
- Failed SMS delivery due to carrier issues or inactive phone numbers
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours via phone, email, or SMS, and we will work to resolve any issues.
